Return Policy

Product Returns

Iviora, owned and operated by Prima Kelana Sdn Bhd, offers refunds and returns of our product, unless it is specifically stated that returns are not allowed. Purchaser / The Customer shall pay for the postage to return such items to Iviora. Refunds are only made to items that are undamaged. All returns must be posted back to Iviora within 72 hours and received by Iviora within ONE week. Iviora is not liable for damage or lost returns. The return procedure (for items allowed to be returned) shall be as follows:

  1. Contact Iviora immediately of your intention to return the items.
  2. Items must be undamaged and with all original packaging complete and in good condition. At Iviora sole discretion, we reserve the right to reject any returned items failing to meet any of these conditions. Items must be that originally purchased from Iviora and not be substituted or replaced.
  3. Post the items back to Iviora within 72 hours of receiving them.
  4. Immediately provide Iviora with a tracking number of the package.
  5. Iviora must receive the package within ONE week from date of postage.
  6. Iviora shall inspect the item for any damage.
  7. Iviora shall contact the Customer on the status of the return and provide a refund if applicable.
  8. All refunds are in the form of a cheque.
